Babalola holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Lagos and is known for his expertise in developing effective communication strategies and fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve project goals.

Olanrewaju Victor Alli is a talented photographer and emerging cinematographer based in Lagos, Nigeria. With over a decade of experience in the field, his passion for photography began during his university years. He focuses on capturing compelling moments and stories, showcasing his artistic vision through his work. The first volunteer for The Relief Project, his passion for social development is evidenced in his work, including a digitization initiative at the National Museum in Benin and Lagos, where he worked alongside other professionals to document cultural artifacts​.
