Motunrayo Ayo-Akwe
Convener
Motunrayo Ayo-Akwe is a passionate advocate for diversity, equality and inclusion, championing causes for women, people with disabilities, and underserved communities. As the Convener of The Relief Project, she leads initiatives that provide essential support and resources, ensuring marginalized people are seen and cared for.
A two-time TEDx licensee, Motunrayo loves to share her insights on social equity and empowerment. As a Tech Marketing Leader, she combines her expertise in marketing with her commitment to social impact, helping organizations leverage their resources for positive change. Her work is further enriched by her roles as a speaker and mentor, inspiring the next generation of leaders to embrace diversity and drive meaningful progress.
Motunrayo holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and an MBA, alongside several relevant qualifications that enhance her capabilities in strategic leadership and project management.
Oluwatobi Babalola
Operations
Oluwatobi Babalola is the Operations Lead at the Relief Project, where he leverages his extensive experience in media planning and strategic marketing. With a strong background in project execution and stakeholder engagement, he focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and driving impactful initiatives. Babalola holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Lagos and is known for his expertise in developing effective communication strategies and fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve project goals.
Ayodele Ayo-Akwe
Logistics
Ayodele Ayo-Akwe serves as the Logistics Lead for the Relief Project, where he plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of logistics to support project initiatives. With a strong foundation in data analysis and operational management, Ayodele brings a detail-oriented approach to his responsibilities, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
His experience in managing data and developing actionable insights enhances his ability to streamline logistical processes, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation. Ayodele's commitment to operational excellence drives the success of the Relief Project, contributing to our mission of delivering impactful relief to communities in need.
Olanrewaju Victor Alli

Olanrewaju Victor Alli is a talented photographer and emerging cinematographer based in Lagos, Nigeria. With over a decade of experience in the field, his passion for photography began during his university years. He focuses on capturing compelling moments and stories, showcasing his artistic vision through his work. The first volunteer for The Relief Project, his passion for social development is evidenced in his work, including a digitization initiative at the National Museum in Benin and Lagos, where he worked alongside other professionals to document cultural artifacts​.
